I feel the ‘and’ not ‘or’ principle so much and I teach it but it’s still somethings I really struggle with. And there definitely isn’t enough space for it - things are so fast paced, especially if you have small children. It’s hard to say and to process ‘I love this so much AND I’m having a really hard time right now’
