Where did I go? How this original podcast was not working “in my season” and how it will be heard moving forward.
Hello, Motherhood Minute readers!
You might be wondering what this little podcast introduction is doing in your inboxes. Here is a brief summary:
A year ago I tried my hand at podcasting but it was not the right time. Quite frankly I was not well mentally and I was in throes of baby life….so now I’m restarting in the throes of more depression and toddler life. Woohoo!
I truly do have more “quiet” time now than I did before so I’m happy to revamp this “In This Season” podcast as a supplemental love letter for my readers. Where the podcast once walked, Substack lets me run.
Why should you listen to the podcast episodes?
You might be in a season where listening here or on Spotify or Apple podcasts makes more sense to you.
If you have more than 6 minutes or less (the Motherhood Minute reader promise), then these deeper audio dives will have more conversation.
There will be guests. Sometimes that guest is just me, but there will be guests!
I promise to look more into audio transcriptions but for now, there won’t be any. I love accessibility but I also have just enough energy to take these original Motherhood Minute newsletters and turn them into extended editions, if you will. As a compromise I will link to any original writings pulled to create the episodes.
